McMillan Drainage Solutions really took the time to evaluate the causes of our leaky basement. They suggested a two strategy approach: install drainage tile along the perimeter of our foundation, plus a slight alteration of the grade along one wall. We live in a 60 year old house in the country with a septic system, well, and other underground services.
