  1. Excavate around house down to footing.
  2. Power wash wall.
  3. Chip out and repair cracks in wall.
  4. Tar exterior walls.
  5. Install new weeper and leads down from all windows.
  6. Membrane installed on wall from grade to footing.
  7. Top with 12 to 18 inches of stone.
  8. Place goe textile cloth over stone.
  9. Back fill to grade and install new window wells if required.
  10. Clean up and rake around house.
